To our humble human perception, life is not always fair or easy, but with a little maturity and life experience, I have come to learn that the uneasy and unfair are simply opportunities for us to do really great things.
And recently, something in my soul told me to do something that is really difficult. And I understand now that just because it's difficult, doesn't mean I shouldn't do it. Many times, the difficult decision is the right one. As they say, "Life begins outside your comfort zone." And this can sometimes literally be the case.
So without going into much detail, I'd just like to let you know that I will be out of commission for a short while, and I truly appreciate every single one of you that visits and reads my blog. As the banner on the right side of this page says, "If you are here you are awesome." I truly love all people and I believe that connecting with others is one of the ultimate joys of life. We are all in this world together, and if we would each step outside our comfort zone and go against the easy tendencies of petty jealousy and insecurity, to ultimately and truly wish our friends well and help them, we would live in a wonderful world.
That being said, here is some much needed inspiration for not only you, but for myself as well, and especially for all the people that take risks daily for a better life:
Note: I wrote this post a few days ago, and now, it's actually the day before I'm doing the 'scary' thing, only now I'm not scared anymore...I'm actually really excited about it and look forward to sharing my experience with you!
