Monday Blues

Hey everyone! I know this title may seem a bit on the negative side, but really, just like the color blue itself, it's all about feeling happy and calm at the beginning of the week. (I'm not sure where the word 'blue' became associated with feeling down, but to me it's a color that makes me feel happy and alive.)

And because the beginning of the week has the ability to bring on those 'blue' feelings for so many, I decided I'm doing a new feature on my Fashion-isha Facebook page called "Monday Blues" where I will post something inspiring...an outfit, a room, a table setting idea, a makeup look...just about anything that I find inspiring. And blue.

    I LOVE the colour blue...I won't drive any other colour car...blue is so classic...and it's always been my favourite colour...it makes me feel happy and alive too.

    I will never think of being blue on a Monday the same way again!!! It can be hard to get going sometimes, first thing on a Monday morning, but now I'll think of your bright and happy blue images! That should get me going!!

    I liked all three!

    I love the antique blue medicine bottles. I used to have a little collection in my bathroom window sill, but they fell and broke in our last big earthquake.

    B'H that was the only damage, though!
