Fashion-isha Purim Edition: The Bold and the Bizarre

Friday, March 14, 2014

Sometimes fashion may not make much sense to us. And that's why for some, fashion is simply another form of art. It's a manner in which to express uniqueness, a method of separating the wearer from everyone else, giving her a voice that is truly her own.

With Purim coming up, I thought it was the perfect time to take a peek at some looks that may be considered by some, slightly bizarre, while others may find some true style inspiration. You never know…that's what makes us all individuals.

Would you wear any of these looks?

My favorite is the third one. (But maybe without the Nike logo on the socks :)

Remember…never be afraid to be yourself…everyone else is taken anyway.

Happy happy happy *PURIM to you all. May Hashem bless us with all of the individual miracles that we may need. There's no better time than now for things to be turned upside down and changed for the better!

With love,

Sharon

  4. So many great coats and outfits with a splash of color! I'm a huge fan of polka dots so that is a favorite of course. Cheers!

  5. I'd take Tilda's look (wouldn't I always?) and the floral coat is a minor miracle in itself.

  6. I'd take Tilda's look (wouldn't I always?), plus the floral coat with the 18th century sleeves is a minor miracle in itself.
