I don't know what I would do without the weekends. No matter how frenzied the week is, I know that Shabbos will come and I will be able to completely unplug for 25 hours straight, spend quality time with my family and SLEEP!
The weekends are my rejuvenation and I highly recommend that everyone designate one day per week to just let go of all the usual demands of life and just ..RELAX.
Here are some of my FAVORITE images that I've found to inspire you to take a few moments for yourself...enjoy!
And believe it or not...there are also plenty of FOODS that will naturally help you relax:

ReplyDeleteSharon, This is wonderful. I really like the group of food photos - along with the link. We ALL need to be reminded to relax and breath! Modern Moms are great at multitasking however it can take a toll if we don't allow time for R&R.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weekend!
