Blueberries and Burberry...what do they have in common? They're both refreshing, rich in color, and make you look and feel beautiful inside and out.

Burberry

Burberry designer Christopher Bailey never ceases to amaze by consistently turning out some of the most refreshing and mostly modest looks every single season and beyond. And now that Fall is officially upon us, we'll soon be dreaming about our winter vacation plans, so let's first take a look at Burberry's Resort collection.

Blueberries

Not only am I posting a heavenly recipe, I'm going to share some of the amazing health benefits of one of the most super foods around.

Health benefits of Blueberries:

1. Skin tonic: The antioxidants in blueberries will destroy the free radicals that break down your collagen. Here's a cool facial scrub to try:
Combine 2 cups brown sugar, 2 teaspoons puréed blueberries, and 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Scrub  your face with it. (If you don't eat it all up first!) It sounds yummy but this is for your face :)
Blueberry’s antioxidants soften skin, lemon juice brightens, and sugar exfoliates.

2. Bladder aid:  Blueberries, like cranberries, contain compounds that prevent bacteria from adhering to bladder walls, which helps ward off urinary-tract infections (UTI’s), according to a Rutgers University study. If you get UTI’s, toss a handful of blueberries into your a.m. smoothie.

3. Cancer blocker:  Blueberries’ anthocyanins—which give them their blue hue—attack cancer-causing free radicals and can even block the growth of tumor cells, a University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign study found. Eating just a half-cup a day is all you need.

4. Brain food: To work smarter, pack dried-blueberry trail mix for a snack. A study from the University of Reading and the Peninsula Medical School in England suggests that blueberries reverse age-related memory loss, thanks to its abundance of antioxidants called flavonoids.

  5. Interesting styles, but they're either too short (no way when you sit they cover your knees), see through, or too low!
